Pro auto-send overview
Pro workspaces can enable conditional auto-send so Handlet may send high-confidence replies automatically when confidence and safety checks pass.
Stage 1 vs Stage 2
| Stage | What it means |
|---|---|
| Stage 1 — Opt-in | Auto-send is off by default. You turn on the master switch when you are ready. Confidence floor (85%) and guardrails always apply. |
| Stage 2 — Training unlock | For each intent, you accumulate validated training evidence (approvals, edits, correctness feedback) before that intent's toggle unlocks. |
You build Stage 2 progress by reviewing drafts. Per-intent toggles stay locked while training is incomplete, then can be enabled once the intent meets the platform minimum.
See Calibration and confidence bar for progress bars and minimum counts.
What enabling means
- Auto-send is off by default until you turn on the master switch.
- You choose which trained intents to automate with per-intent toggles.
- A minimum confidence threshold (≥ 85%) must be configured.
- Every configuration change is logged for audit review.
- You can disable auto-send instantly from settings.
Per-intent controls
| Intent | What it automates |
|---|---|
| Follow-ups | Follow-up replies when guardrails pass |
| Quote requests | Quote replies when pricing guardrails pass |
| Booking requests | Booking confirmations when required fields are complete |
| New leads | Instant replies for new lead enquiries |
| General enquiries | Instant replies for general enquiries |
| Review replies (publish) | Publishing AI review replies when confidence is high |
| Complaints | Low-severity complaint acknowledgements (separate acknowledgement required) |
Bulk shortcuts
- Enable all eligible — turns on every training-ready per-intent toggle (complaints still need their separate acknowledgement).
- Disable all — turns off every per-intent toggle without changing the master switch.
- Automate ready replies — one-click preset that turns the master switch on and enables training-ready intents in one save. Intents still training stay off.
What platform rules still block
Even when auto-send is enabled, Handlet never auto-sends:
- Risk, noise, unknown, or unsupported intents
- Messages below your configured confidence threshold (minimum 85%)
- Personal-suppressed conversations
- High-severity complaints (even when complaint auto-send is enabled)
- Reviews at two stars or below
- Sends when credentials are degraded or mandatory disclosures fail
- Sends for an intent while Stage 2 training is incomplete
How to configure
- Open Settings → Channels & Tone.
- Review the Conditional auto-send card.
- Turn on the master switch and acknowledge AI transparency terms.
- Enable the trained per-intent toggles you want, or use Automate ready replies.
- Choose your confidence threshold and save.
- Review drafts in the inbox to build per-intent training progress (Stage 2).
